The trainer Javier B. Is AWESOME! He takes his time to show proper technique and form. He has an amazing personality and great attitude. Highly recommend him for training. If you want results he is the trainer you want!

Great gym. Usually pretty clean. Only downside is that the tru power room is always locked if there isn’t a class going on.

The gym is huge and clean. Has great equipments for beginners, intermediate, and up level people. They have a basketball court, a daycare center, and a workout space for ladies only.
