We used Brad as our realtor in the purchase of the Bodie house recently. Coming from WA state to AZ we really didn't know the area as we used to when we used to visit 20yrs ago. Brad gave us excellent advice about the area as well as a lot of houses to view online. He had us look at these houses and tell him what we liked and didn't like about them and also to list ones we were interested in viewing. We found Brad while trying to relocate from another state. We choose him for his extensive knowledge of Tucson and the mid-century market. He proved to be all of that and more. One of my coworkers highly recommended Brad when I was relocation to Tucson. I only had 2 days to house hunt and Brad made sure I got a good feel of the city and its various neighborhoods. My husband and I retired to Tucson from Denver. We flew down for a weekend and met with Brad to discuss what our needs were in regards to our home purchase. He showed us several properties so he could get a better understanding of what our likes and dislikes were. We had just listed our house in Denver. Brad knows real estate, and he knows Tucson. He was willing to listen to what I wanted, and helped me find just the right house. His honest advice saved me several thousand dollars, even though it cost him a bit in commission. That kind of dedication to clients is hard to find.
