Brad knows real estate, and he knows Tucson. He was willing to listen to what I wanted, and helped me find just the right house. His honest advice saved me several thousand dollars, even though it cost him a bit in commission. That kind of dedication to clients is hard to find.
I cannot say enough about having Brad as my realtor. A long time friend highly recommended Brad and I am sure glad I listened to her. I was very impressed with Brad - he showed me homes in the area and price range that I wanted. He didn't try to persuade me to look in other parts of town and/or homes priced above my budget. He had creative ideas for improving homes that we looked at or a keen sense of humor when we saw homes that were "unique". A true professional
Brad helped me buy a home and sell a home. I would recomend him to everyone I know and have! He helped me with the whole process from comps to staging. When I bought my current home he was with me all the way!
The worst realtor I have ever encountered. Stay as far away from this guy as you can. He was my realtor on a deal and could not have cared less if I was making an informed decision. He only cared about closing.
