Brad and his partner Sebastian were a pleasure to work with and they went above and beyond to get us into a home that is perfect for us. In a very competitive market they were quick to get us showings at properties that were a good match. They educated us about each property/neighborhood so we could make informed decisions. The whole buying process was handled professionally throughout. Moving/buying from out of state has it's challenges, but Brad continued to assist us even after we closed on our new home.
Brad did an amazing job of listing and selling our house. He was everything that I imagined a perfect realtor would be. The house needed a lot of work before listing and Brad jumped right in with recommendations for contractors, painters, etc. He coordinated everything and kept us informed every step of the way.
