I just purchased a house with Brad and he is pushy and dramatic when it meets his agenda but can take days to respond when it doesn’t. I would not work with him again. Edit to add: Brad did not give us a chance to hire our own inspectors. He used his "trusted" resources. Only to find out he sent two inspectors to look at our roof. Both came back good. Two months later we are being told that it needs to be replaced. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
