The whole crew was very professional and did a great job getting our house ready to place on the market. Found that the pricing was very reasonable. They were quick to start the job and were done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.!
Booked Christian Brothers to paint our entire home in may/June 2022. Once job was completed there were several issues. Spent the next year trying to work with them to correct the issues. Held back final payment (roughly 10% of contract) until issues were resolved. Issues range from paint on pool deck to paint runs, not to mention cabinet doors were not labeled when removed so now they do not line up in several places. I wish I had read all the reviews and listened to others! Poor quality! They did not complete the job. I have had to have another painter come in. Six months later still finding paint on light fixtures, fans! Shelves in cabinets where not removed! Hardware was painted over in every room! No attention to detail. Very sloppy finishes! I wish people would stand behind their work! Very disappointed.
We are pleased with the job. The exterior of our house was long overdue to be painted. We were given a fair estimate, the work was started and completed promptly. The crew worked efficiently and did a nice job cleaning up at the end. We would recommend TCB.
Sales people overpromised quality of service. I had high hopes based on initial quoting process, but feel like the contractors who actually perform the job should be held to the same standard that Christian Bros. represented to me. The painting itself was fine, but caulking was worthless and had to be redone later. They also threw away my gutters.. (was very satisfied with gutter service co. they used to replace.)
