Horrible Place To Live but very inexpensive I have lived here for a little less than 5 years, in the beginning there was the occasional bug problem but nothing major. Within the first year I had a continuous plumbing problem that resulted in raw sewage backing up into the bathtub. I had the A/C go out in the middle of the summer multiple times and it would go unfixed for days at a time. co-enter I have lived at Newport Commons for two years and because of financial difficulties I just signed up for another year. The apartment complex is very old. When you turn on the water dirt comes out-according to the property manager it is because roots of trees have cracked the underground pipes. The cabinets are in terrible shape, the plumbing is terrible, the carpet is stained from a water leak (hot water heater) that was not handled correctly.
