co-enter I have lived at Newport Commons for two years and because of financial difficulties I just signed up for another year. The apartment complex is very old. When you turn on the water dirt comes out-according to the property manager it is because roots of trees have cracked the underground pipes. The cabinets are in terrible shape, the plumbing is terrible, the carpet is stained from a water leak (hot water heater) that was not handled correctly.
