Turner and his team were everything you could ask for in a lender. Prompt, creative, understanding and efficient, they spared no details and broke down everything we didn't fully understand. Turner came very highly recommended to us and he (and his team) did a fantastic job! We have been trying to refinance our townhome for years but due to out HOA's litigation we weren't able to. Turner and his team stuck by us and helped us get through the process when the litigation ended 2 years later. The process was smooth and fast.
