We have been trying to refinance our townhome for years but due to out HOA's litigation we weren't able to. Turner and his team stuck by us and helped us get through the process when the litigation ended 2 years later. The process was smooth and fast. Great to work with! Turner is exceptionally well versed on everything home loans and he goes out of his way to make sure that you have a thorough understanding of the process. I was especially impressed with his constant availability, anytime I had a question day, night or weekend Turner picked up his phone on the first call and talked it out with me.
