Buyers beware!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. Please read below to see why. I bought a brand new Gensis back in 2010. Decided to sell the car - no accidents period. Brought the car to CarMax only to find out that it had a structural damage in the rear. How is that possible when I purchased the vehicle brand new and the car never had any accidents? Apparently, the dealer (Tustin Hyundai) made (sloppy) repairs and sold as brand new!! No words to describe their unscrupulous business practice.
First time here, but already showing me their bad images. Regularly oil change for my car and people here must not knowing what does it mean "BE ON TIME"!!! My appointment was 8 a.m. in the morning and I've been waiting for my car to pull into a bay yet since 7:40 a.m. So then, I went inside the office but their staffs told me to wait inside my vehicle, but doing it on purpose skipping my car and service the next vehicles at the back of my car!
