I used the Bettendorf Able-Keppy facility to board my dog Sammie, and she died. She was a 4 year old, 10 pound, toy Australian Shepard. She was loving, energetic, my best friend, and she died under their care. To any newcomers, I would recommend that you research other boarding facilities. To any current customers, I would recommend you re-valuate this facility. So glad I got smart and took my sick cat somewhere else. I knew there was more going on and I was right. Now she's happy and healthy and most importantly ALIVE. My concerns and opinions weren't taken seriously here. They no longer care about your pet's health but their pockets.
