Mostly a fantastic experience, but for one thing....When I picked up my car, they did not convey their concerns about the car's brakes needing service soon. Instead, I got it in an e-mail two or three days later. Face to face is always better.
Easy to make an appointment and very quick appointment!
The things they did do were great especially the detail job. However, I explain what I need in the notes when making the appointment on my Subaru app and then have to explain and remind them 2 more times after. We pay for just about every perk possible for our outback and again I have to tell them every time what coverages we have. I would think that would just come up when the customer name is put in.
