Service was fine. Made an appointment for an oil change on the app( an selection already programed into their list of services) so I wouldn't have to wait long. Don't bother!!! Your car just gets added to the line of cars in the express service line. Took over 1 1/2 hours to get oil changed with an appointment. Service work was done well and quickly once they started on it.
I was on a road trip and needed help. They quickly found a way to fit me in, found my problem, and fixed it. My impression was that this is a very well-managed operation that prides itself in giving great service.
Check in is simple, customer service is always exceptional!
