The personal service was great. The consistent texting to keep me informed was awesome and helpful. However, I had to bring my car back the following week for new and added engine issues. I hope in the future the mechanics will be more thorough. TF Subaru always makes sure I have a loaner car to drive. I appreciate the attention to needs and personal care.

The actual service date was 2/10/2024, and when I set up my service I asked for tire rotation to be added and guess what, it wasn't. I don't care what reason you gave me, it's not YOUR choice. I'm the one who's driving the car. I know how it handles. Next time, just do it.
