30,000 miles on a set of new tires, and they could not be rotated because the tread depth I was very disappointed in the product. Ford F150 factory tires were good for 50,000 miles. Service department did a good job. This gripe is probably with the sales department.

My experience was okay, but they didnt report that they performed the 30,000 mile service.
Service provided as I expected and was on-time and no long wait. Historically at other dealerships, I would just drop off my car and come back a few hours later to pick up my car. With the Twin Falls Subaru dealership/service center, I just go ahead and head over to the waiting area and have a refreshment and 'chill' for about 20 minutes. Plus I always leave with a car wash!
They were friendly and helpful and efficient.
