Warranty service - update emergency reporting system software. It took 3.5 hrs when it was reported to take 1-2 hrs and no update was provided while I waited... No loaner car was offered but one was sitting in the lot. Nice new dealership but very light on customer service/consideration.

Twin Falls Subaru has always been my go to for oil changes and questions . Great staff! They will go all out to help and take car if my car . They have coupons at times . Always friendly and helpful.

Everyone and everything was excellent. We've never had any problems with them if there was any questions they have always answered them and they are very helpful. We love taking our car there. This is where we have gotten our last two cars from and love it.
