As always, Twin Falls Subaru shines far above any other dealer or service provider I have ever dealt with. Best in class service I would recommend over and over again.
Business response:
Your review warms us up on these chilly January days! Thank you so much for the opportunity to earn such kind words. We look forward to assisting you again in the future.
Warranty service - update emergency reporting system software. It took 3.5 hrs when it was reported to take 1-2 hrs and no update was provided while I waited... No loaner car was offered but one was sitting in the lot. Nice new dealership but very light on customer service/consideration.
Business response:
We appreciate your honest evaluation of our team's performance. Your review has already been forwarded to the appropriate department heads, so we can work with our team, to continue to improve for our guests. The building is nice, if we don't treat people right, it is all for naught.
