Replaced my windshield a month ago, but can't fix my transmission, so I don't know how the windshield repair went. No call or text with an update as to when my car may be ready in over a month
The problem for which I had brought in my car was only resolved for roughly a week. Consequently, that's as much time as Twin Falls Subaru had my car in its possession. Unless you want to pay a premium for labor and wait excessively long for a repair that won't provide a long-term solution, take you vehicle elsewhere.
Very slow! Had appointment, arrived on time and still had to wait 45 min before they even started on the car. 1 1/2 hour to get our oil changed. Appointment meant nothing!
Tires were supposed to be rotated but were not. The rest of the service was fine.
Not satisfied with the purchase. Leaks oil profusely, and drains antifreeze profusely...and service refused to even look at it...I was sold a lemon
Wanted tires rotated so asked my husband to mark the tires. When I picked up my vehicle the tires had not been moved even though I was told they were rotated
Just harassed me after I told them I could not make it down there right away. They insisted I sent an appointment. I just wanted to go by at my convience. Not Thiers!

Could not make it down there do to leg surgery. Could not drive at all. They had no way to come and get me I guess. Only lived 3 miles away from the dealership. I was ready to buy

Sold me a wrecked pickup, I've been out hundreds that going to be thousands to get it in good shape, very disappointed, they did say I could exchange it, but I had already put hundreds into it and have parts ordered and everything they had was thousands more, so I just kept what I had ....shameful
