Two men and a truck didn't tie down 5 of my boxes labeled Fragile and Breakable. They put a box of 10 reams of paper on top which caused all the boxes to fall over. My grandmother and my mother's antiques were broke to pieces, not even repairable. They told me they would replace 60 cents a pound. Really. I was satisfied with my previous move, but this last move took double the time with half the amount of stuff. I paid over $700 to move just the heavy stuff out of my apartment to a place 5 minutes away. I called to discuss this matter and was directed to a survey. Took the survey and still haven't heard anything. I've moved every year for the past 5 years and it should not have taken near that amount of time. If this is not resolved or any sort of refund is not issued, I will not be using their service again.
