Short move (less than 3 miles) with only a few pieces of furniture to move. They managed to damage every piece - including breaking the back legs completely off a solid wood bedside table and destroying a custom-made Walnut top table. No help in fixing the problem from the office staff. Completely incompetent movers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They kept my mother's deposit even though she didn't use them. We packed up and move furniture before they got there. They called saying they where going to lunch and then was on their way. By that time we had did everything. They took so long we just handled everything ourselves.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. They told my parents the day of the move, today, they had been out until 1 am the night before and would not be able to come to the house until noon. Noon comes and goes and they call back and say they aren't coming at all. My parents absolutely cannot move a whole house by themselves today. They must be out today. I'm at an airforce base in Anchorage, so I literally couldn't even be there on a plane today if I tried. Insanely unprofessional and horrible service.

If you are considering this company go to either Fox Moving or Bellhop Moving or somewhere else. We scheduled a move two weeks in advance. The company did not move us on scheduled date and did not provide an adequate solution to the no show. I was given a time frame of 11am-4pm. At around 3pm or a little before I called to confirm and was told they were running behind and would be pushing 4pm. I didn’t think much about it as I understand things happen. We used them in June 2020 and had a terrible experience. Several items were broken or lost, they didn’t follow directions, and charged nearly three times the estimated cost, due to their own incompetence rearranging items repeatedly and moving at a very slow pace. Don’t try to contact them if you have an issue after the fact, though. You will be offered hardly anything for your broken items and will be lucky to even get to talk to a real person or have phone calls returned. They said would take 5 hours,took 13.the price was more than doubled what they quoted us.they broke my brand new dinning room table, all my new appliances they banged up,all 3 bedrooms suites broke and damaged,family heirlooms destroyed!!!, the new oak floors of new home scraped from door to every room they went to in fixable,walls,doors banged up and had to repaint entire home,then had enough nerve ask for a tip ,they did not explain insurance to us so nothing was replaced!!!!!!!, I would have hot it if told,don't use pleas... read more

We had a bad experience with our move, partly due to an employee not showing up for work(it was the hottest day of the year, coincidentally). I've moved a LOT in the last several years and this was the most frustrating. We were scheduled to move early in the morning but with the delay they showed up in the afternoon. In their defense they upped the moving team from 2 to 4, including a supervisor who should get some kind of medal for showing up in khakis and a button down and was the hardest working person there.
