Everyone very respectful and personable, including doctor. Waited to be called back a little longer than I would have expected as we were the only ones there. But it was really only 20-30 minutes I think. Once back, it moved quickly and smoothly. Dr made a comment at the very beginning that my son and I thought was a tad bit tone deaf but he quickly recovered and made me feel totally comfortable and was very understanding and attentive.
