I found Rich to be honest and communicate clearly about pros and cons of a risky repair. Hands down the best experience I've had at a dealership service center.

I would like to suggest that anyone buying an EV get some type of orientation to the charging system. I was told that the level 2 could work with a dryer plug. It can if you purchase a separate EVSE, the one that comes with the new Ariya does not adjust amps. Blows the 30 amp dryer plug breaker everytime. I bought an adjustable EVSE and it works great. Just would have liked some expert advise on how the whole thing worked. Took me a week of Ariya forums and blogs to figure it out. Overall great dealership. Insurance for the ... read more
