For what seemed like a very finicky sound the car was making. It was a seamless process to re-create the problem and they fixed it super fast. Much better customer experience than the dealer I leased the vehicle from.

I stopped in to service my Xterra and was very impressed with the experience. The team communicated clearly about the recommended work, and it was easy to approve or decline each item. While waiting, I noticed some great lease offers and ended up speaking with Genesis from the sales team. She was incredibly helpful, and I ended up leasing a Leaf as a commuter car. Overall, a seamless and positive experience on both the service and sales sides!
