Service was good and technician and staff were friendly, but it was hard to navigate when I first arrived as there is no one stationed out to greet customers when they first pull up to the service dept. I had to leave my car and go and find someone for help. It would be great if there was someone already there at the service dept entrance when cars first arrive to help with where we’re supposed to go and next steps, that would be much appreciated for next time!

Very efficient fast service. Kept me informed of their progress making repairs to the car. Car is always returned to me in a very clean condition

They handled everything I needed done to our Rogue quickly and efficiently and even did a recall item that I didn't know about. I was in and out so fast!
