This was our first time using this facility for oil change; and nothing negative happened per se’ no one outright welcomed us, either. I had to make an announcement of being new in order to get someone’s attention. NOT GOOD. It felt as if others were waiting for someone else to assist. I wouldn’t have mentioned this oversight, but since this review request showed in my email, THIS was my experience.
The staff explained everything clearly and provided honest recommendations. I'm very satisfied with the service

It was easy to schedule the service appointment on line. Limiting was very pleasant and efficient. I really appreciated that they washed my car after the service. That is a nice touch!
