The service rep. explained that Battery check was no longer free, but the invoice said it was free. Need to update you invoicing system. The rep also said the battery check was no longer a warranty requirement, but I have not received anything in writing. of this change. A written change of policy would be nice.

The whole process from making the appointment through the sale was smooth. Samir was very personable and knowledgeable. It was particularly helpful to work with 2 men who drove a Leaf personally. As this is new technology for us, that meant a lot. I personally dislike being sold to and the system of presenting a product for one price (the extended warranty) and then magically the price "just today" is reduced to make the buyer feel better about it is insulting to me.
