Very nice and diligent working team. I was helped out by express and it was a smooth handoff from regular repairs, he was actually in the middle of something but he switched so he could help me and someone else took over for him and man that’s teamwork if I ever saw it! Typical car buying experience, a bit of back and forth with pricing, options, and financing. All in all it wasn't a pleasant experience nor was it a turn off. I just wish car buying was a bit more straightforward and transparent with less deal making and more standard purchase models.
