Alex made the entire purchase process as easy as can be. He worked with us to get us in and out of the dealership to accommodate a few drivers needing a test drive. His zero-pressure demeanor and customer first treatment was the most refreshing take on car buying, of which I have a good deal of experience. The purchase process was equally as smooth and painless with no pressure on up selling.

Felt overlooked and not listen too. Was not shown about the EV, how to charge, etc. going from gas vehicle, felt should have been informed better. Appt was with Ryaan, handed off to Dylan and felt he was not experienced and rushed. don’t know who Matthew is so can’t rate him.
