Excellent CSR, Mohamed, was attentive to my needs while waiting for the vehicle. The service was reliable and delivered within promised time frame. It's great to feel welcomed and tended to in such a friendly and professional manner which eliminates concern about vehicle status with updates.
Giving a yes was a difficult decision, because if I were to base my answer on the first interaction, I would have to say no, because I had to bring the car back to get what I wanted done. I am surprised that the service tech (the one actually working on the car) missed a big broken plastic piece that I wanted repaired. Had I been called to say that "we found more that needs to be replaced" and sent pics, I would have gladly had the extra work done.
