From what I can tell they did do the repairs that they actually addressed. they did forget some of my requests.didn't bother to tidy up the car or anything like that that a lot of other dealers do. The cashier was downright rude. my service advisor did communicate with the awards company and get everything approved in a timely fashion.

Awesome customer service! ! Sierra was super nice and helpful, also very hardworking. Since the moment I got there I was treated greatly. When it came to getting a car I was very well informed and was shown multiple options. Over all Sierra did a great job and it was a great environment!!! Definitely recommend going to Tyann!!
