Rich McAnally was THE BEST! During our trip across the US to our new home, Our 2018 Nissan Titan started overheating. Rich not only gave us sound advise over the phone, but got us back on the road within a couple of hours even though they were booked out almost 2 weeks for service. I’ve always had a good experience at Nissan, the service center never keeps you waiting long to check in, I needed a new remote for my car and had to leave it for a few hours, when I picked car up they had even washed it.
