I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Tynan’s. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Samir was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist with my purchase. The last time that I visited Tynanns Nissan for a service, I felt utterly and completely ignored. No where should the customer have to check in with the Service Desk on numerous occasions in order to find out the progress on their vehicle. However, this time the Service Bay Reps got it right. I was informed of the progress on my daughter's car and kept in the loop as to the parts, price and time frame for the completion of the work. Much better job this time around!
