I loved every minute of my experience at Tynan Nissan. Taher was so helpful and kind. The experience I had at Tynan’s was very different from other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I give them five stars out of five!

I was pleased with speedy service. They recommended some additional work my car needs but didn't do a hard press to get me to do it right away.

Cameron did a good job communicating the issue with my car and the timeline required to fix it. He took car of us with a loaner car when the repairs took much longer than expected. In general the customer service staff at Tynan’s was helpful and friendly. While the people I worked with were competent, the system they are connected to needs some work. The reservation system for scheduling service, for example, does not let customers know that the EV technician doesn’t work on Saturdays at this particular dealership. I made a ... read more

Fast and works. They also rinsed the car so received a clean truck. Nothing was missing inside.
