The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can take a long time to get a service appointment (2+ weeks). My service advisor was great and went above and beyond to be helpful, and managed to squeeze me in earlier than my scheduled appointment because my service engine light came on and I didn't want to risk further damaging the vehicle by continuing to drive it until my scheduled appointment.
