The guy who helped me had great customer service. He was very friendly and welcoming. The girl behind the cashier desk, seemed cold and distant. I am gay guy, so it's not like I hit on her or anything. I just was there to pay. But instead of a friendly hello, and have a nice day customer service attitude, she came across as if I was bothering her. Regarding the dealership. Service department was very helpful. Solved a problem I had with my transmission that’s been going on since I bought my titan. The recall repair and other services were completed quickly on the same day. They generously loaned me a car during the service which I really appreciated. Even washed my truck when it was done. Overall, they did a phenomenal job. Very happy! Thank you!
