Rich McAnally was great to work with and clearly explained the service my car needed. I just wish it weren't so expense. Everything I had done was pretty routine but my bill was still $700 when all was said and done.

The Service Advisor was great; however, I'm not really happy about the issue with my car. I came in over a month ago to get the tire fixed that had been losing air. It was my 3rd time into the location for the same issue. It was recommended I replace the tire; however, it should have been expressed that all 4 tires need to be replaced. AND/OR if not XXX could happen. As a result, my transfer case was damaged and I not only had to replace 3 tires, but also the one I just put in over a month ago had to be replaced with what yo... read more
