First, I would like to thank Rich for his patience his kindness and assisting us with this car repair which turned out to be more expensive than we anticipated. Thanks to Rich professionalism, he has giving me a more of a positive point of view of this dealership of Nissan on havana. They took really good care of me went above and beyond,had a small miss hap and they took care of me and washed a very dirty truck witch was not all dirt
