Rafael Ixta is a gem. He makes me feel like he's taking care of a member of his family. The man who washed my car (I don't know his name) did a great job, too. He checked to be sure that I was pleased, and I was!

For what seemed like a very finicky sound the car was making. It was a seamless process to re-create the problem and they fixed it super fast. Much better customer experience than the dealer I leased the vehicle from.
