Tynans Nissan Service Dept. got my auto in at the appointed time & diagnosed the problem within two hours and would have it repaired that afternoon but did not have the part in stock. The part was ordered from the warehouse, received the next morning and I picked up my auto at noon. The service department was very helpful, couteous and efficient. Another dealer had quoted me a time of two days just to diagnose the problem - five srars rating for Tynans service department! DRoby

It’s hard to find a reliable used car in today’s market. Dan waited at the dealership for me to travel to Aurora on a weeknight and stayed two hours late so I could complete the purchase of a certified pre-owned Jetta. I went in with what i thought was a good battery when i got ready to leave my truck would not start.... No juice at all
