It appears that the service is not as it was like during my previous visit. The service visit was not the same as with service agent Chase Barnes. Also they failed to put the sticker on the left upper side of the windshield to indicate when the next oil change will be. Really sad that it’s not the same service as before…

This service was not like the other services I have had before which were 5 stars. The previous service agent Chase Barnes was a 5 star agent and I surely miss him. Muhammad was pleasant but I don’t feel he was on top. They failed to put the mileage for the next oil change on the upper left side of the windshield and they failed to calculate my 15% discount despite the fact that on my online appointment request it stated that the discount would be applied. As usual I experienced only top notch service from Adnan in service. I have come to expect this type of service from Tynan in the last ten years I have been buying cars from Marcus Kamn and I have never been disappointed.
