I was glad to get the help I needed. They fixed my car, so far it's good. There was just a hiccup with a new technician but it was resolved.

matt the mgr and everyone else i dealt with was very gracious and pleasant. mr lennon is the shining star. he is the reason i leased the car at tynan's after doing business with two other dealerships. it was mr lennon's patience and kindness above and beyond that convinced me to lease from tynan's . he was patient understanding and i even asked him to please inform his mother that she raised a wonderful man. he is a definite asset to your corporation, treat him well.
