The best leasing/buying experience I have ever had. Ariana was wonderful! She asked questions to get better info on my needs/wants, walked me through everything about the car, the apps and followed up with me after I took it home. Jose addressed all my financial questions clearly. This team was amazing and I left happy, no doubts, no concerns or questions.
I recently bought a new Sentra from this dealership. I could not be happier with the sales experience. Connon was friendly, professional and very helpful in answering all my questions. Even the finance part with Jose was pleasant and as quick as it could be. I also have to say that from the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and helped. I didn't have to stand around waiting for help. To me, that says a lot about customer service.
Ariana was absolutely wonderful. If anyone I know starts looking for a car, i will refer them straight to her. I can’t overstate how much of a pleasure it was to work with her. I was her kindness and excitement that encouraged me to get the second car. If it was anyone else, I don’t think I would have done it.
