I called a lot of different dealerships, and they would tell me the particular vehicle I wanted was on the lot. When I would show up, I was subjected to the bait and switch. The service department staff is so accommodating and friendly. I dropped my car off at the Express Service bay for a routine oil change. I was greeted by Izayah Ewings and he promptly checked my car in for the service. I was contacted about 3 hours later and was told my car was ready to be picked up. Greatest new vehicle lease experience ever. Our sales rep Jahren is amazing! Funny, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Our test drive was not hurried and he answered all our questions.
