At first, Jharen was very friendly and accommodating, even gave me his cell phone number if we had any questions. He did help with the spray on bed-liner for the new Frontier truck that we bought. But as time moved on and I had questions about the tonneau cover that we also requested; the communication was sparse. My texts would go unanswered. Service is generally great! Only thing I ask is the mechanics to be honest with topping odd fluids and checking everything they should check. Money is tight for everyone.
