Conveniently located near some shops and has good communication with customers, however some staff could be better trained. The wait area is comfortable and has good wifi.

I always bring my car to Tynan's for service. They are always friendly and helpful. During this visit, I needed to have my battery tested and then replaced. Rafael kept me updated as to what was happening with my car. I'm not sure if all the dealerships do this, but I'm thankful when my car is returned to me it has also been washed.

Adnan always gets me taken care of quick and clean. Also he does a good job of explaining any additional service recommendations and why it would benefit me and the car. I’ve used him for about 2 years and he always makes it easy for me. Great employee!
