Service was as expected. Communication was good and they washed the car before they handed it back to me.
I've had Nissan's now since 2017 but the electric car only had for 2 years and I always take my cars back to Titans because I always get good service this time however I did call upon one particular person Luke because I was in a panic about my car it wasn't working at all and I'm still not totally familiar with the electric car all I needed was a 12 volt battery and Luke certainly gave me the information that I needed and the follow-up after the battery was put in
I worked with Liz, she was very patient. She knows her cars features very well and continues to answer questions I have weeks after purchasing the car. I give her a 5 out of 5
Did the job professionally and on time. Vehicle was returned cleaner then it arrived. Could not be any happier. Will continue to use this dealership in the future.
