However, when I came for an oil change, I was told I needed a new battery. I waited for a battery and then was told that because "the computers were down" I needed to return again the following day. This was a major inconvenience for me. Also ~ on two occasions, my phone call was answered by someone who was abrupt, rude, sarcastic and disrespectful.
