It was easy to see where to bring the car, and I was greeted by a service mechanic, who took the car from that point. At the service desk I was told exactly what the procedure would be and given a heads up on the initial costs. They kept in touch by text, giving me a diagnosis of the problem and options for repair. In addition, they completely examined the car during the diagnostic process. Pick-up was easy too.
