"Overall good" Luke did a great job with customer service. My vehicle would not start due to dead battery when I picked up my car. Obviously, the battery was changed so I could leve. However part of my service early that day was cleaning up the battery. 2 hours later since I could not leave due to dead battery I believe the cleaning of battery should have been waived. I paid to have the dead battery cleaned and for the new battery. Other than this, Luke was great! He did provide me with a battery faub as they was dead too.

Robert Cruz is the best car sales person I have ever worked with. Robert listened, answered all my questions, and didn’t push me into making a decision. I highly recommend seeing Robert and taking a Leaf for a test drive.
"Did a great job" I like truthfulness and being upfront. They said that they couldn't see my car till Thursday. I knew that something was wrong with my engine. So I dropped the car off early after they figured out that the car needed to have the engine seals put in. They gave me a loaner car and kept me updated the best they could. And I strongly feel it was done in a timely manner to the best of their ability! And that's all I expect from anyone! Thank you!
