"Brian in service always goes above and beyond. " Brian in service always makes sure you recieve the best service possible. Not many dealerships care about being honest but Brian will tell you what you really need at the moment verses what can what. Other places just want your money now. "Solid experience working through the Costco Car Program" We worked with Connor at Tynan Nissan in Aurora, who was professional, friendly, and presented all of the cost and sales data clearly. "Have had better experiences here " Brought my car in for oil change, informed me it would take about an hour and a half. Rich then informed me there were recalls on my car that would add about an extra 30 minutes. This was fine with me. "It's ok" Service is ok it only was an oil change but techs did good. Car was clean when they returned. Just a little bit of spell oil on the engine

"Review" Great service, liked the text features. Adnan was great to work with. Price a little high, but expected from dealership. Overall good experience. Though do see on survey that there is drop off/pickup options which would have been nice to know about. "Factory recall " Appointment was made for recall work. Brian made the appointment in a timely manner and the job was done. Staff was friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
