"Brian in service always goes above and beyond. " Brian in service always makes sure you recieve the best service possible. Not many dealerships care about being honest but Brian will tell you what you really need at the moment verses what can what. Other places just want your money now. "Solid experience working through the Costco Car Program" We worked with Connor at Tynan Nissan in Aurora, who was professional, friendly, and presented all of the cost and sales data clearly. "Have had better experiences here " Brought my car in for oil change, informed me it would take about an hour and a half. Rich then informed me there were recalls on my car that would add about an extra 30 minutes. This was fine with me. Rich gave an update after 2.5 hours saying car was almost done, then went into office visible to waiting area and chatted with people in the office for about 35 minutes. "It's ok" Service is ok it only was an oil change but techs did good. Car was clean when they returned. Just a little bit of spell oil on the engine

"Review" Great service, liked the text features. Adnan was great to work with. Price a little high, but expected from dealership. Overall good experience. Though do see on survey that there is drop off/pickup options which would have been nice to know about. We spoke multiple times about the fact that I was out of town, and I had to rush back (even changing my flight) to make it in time to pick it up by the end of the day so I had my car to get to work the rest of the week. "Factory recall " Appointment was made for recall work. Brian made the appointment in a timely manner and the job was done. Staff was friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
"Service update" Nissan had a software update. The service was completed within an hour and half, At no cost. The service department personnel were very friendly, Overall satisfaction
