Came in with a window problem on my 2020 Sentra, they diagnosed it fixed the problem and took care of recall work within 1 day. Service writer Mohammad was excellent and will be my service writing moving forward. Overall great experience.

Excellent experience. Worked with me on my trade, negotiated fairly and honestly. No gimmicks, no tricks straight forward and candid. Finance guy was great too, no nonsense once we were “in the box”

Dealer rep was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the long wait time. We were there for about 3 and 1/2 hours or more and were sent away for about an hour and a half to just wait.

Had oil change. No sticker placed in window for next oil change date. Did they forget anything else?
