"Service" I was in and out in at a good time, I didn’t have to wait too long. I’m always treated well which makes me feel comfortable bringing my car here for services time after time.

"Although IT took longer it was a pleasant experience." Brian notified the length it would take to evaluate the service and immediately offer the shuttle service. My Work was farther than the 10 miles and Brian helped me with option 2, rent a car, for a reasonable flat fee for the day. Later I was notified and Brian explained to me what was done, and it was covered under the warranty....so all was good for the day, and with my car, I was glad everything went smoothly. "Oil change " I received prompt service. I love the fact that I can drop by and in an hour get my oil changed and my car washed. LOVE the 3 oil change package deal.
"Battery Plate Recall" I believe my contact was Luke (although, not positive). Anyway, the words I would use are efficient, professional and trustworthy. That is all I really want from my mechanic. No need for friendly chatter
