"Oil change" I took advantage of an oil change coupon and went to tynan's. The service was fast, efficient, courteous. I expected them to try to sell me a bunch of other things but they did not, just recommended a couple things to look at.
"Thanks for your help..." Adnan was my service advisor. He understood my needs and took care of my Nissan. Will come back to do business with you. Thank you.
"Very attentive to my concerns!" The service department has always treated me with respect and listened to my comments on my driving experience. Rich and Adnan have been very friendly and helpful. They have actually saved me money with coupons and distinguishing what is necessary and which services could be postponed without jeopardizing safety. At 124,000 miles, my Altima runs smoothly all the time. Exceptional service and customer relations!!
"Awesome as Always " My Armada needed new tires. Luke and his team got me back on the road quick. He helped keep take advantage of a sale as well.
"Wonderful front staff" Rich is the best. I go there just to work with him. He is worth his weight in gold. I had a lot of maintenance to get done and he made it effortlessly.

They also actually try to help you solve the problem as cost effective as possible,rather than nickel and diming you. I really appreciate the hard work these guys put in.
